Saw a white 2015 Subaru WRX STi, had the wing. regular license plate from Puente Hills Subaru and it didn't have a dealer plate, couldn't get a picture, drove around the neighborhood after walking with my parents and couldn't find it.
UPDATED: Just checked their inventory, they have 60 in stock, I just couldn't find any on Autotrader. Ushering in a new era of the large wing and fast Subies.
